GRADE 2 ASSIGNMENT:
The following message was sent home today with an attached checklist.

Dear Parents,

For the past few weeks we have been learning about Growths and Changes in Animals. Throughout the next few weeks as we continue on with our Science Program (Air and Water, Liquids/Solids/Gases, Mapping) we will continue to explore the various types of animals and discuss where they live.

The students will be creating their OWN animals and will be presenting it to the rest of the class. All of the required elements of this project will be due on: April 17^th, 2014. Presentations will begin on April 17^th, 2014.

Please see the attached checklist as the students will need to answer the questions during their presentation.

The students will have class time to work on their animals and if are able to work with me during recess if they need extra help when answering their questions, researching different types of animals, help with their poster.

Please note over the next few weeks the students will be completing research, be shown examples of a completed project/poster and will have an opportunity to discuss their ideas with each other.
